INVITATION FOR TENDER
This Invitation for Tender follows the General Procurement Notice which appeared in Tanzania Procurement Journal (TPJ) Issue Number ISSN: 1821-6021 VOL Xl -N0-31 dated 31st July, 2018.
The Board of Trustees of National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has set aside funds for its operations during the financial year 2018-2019. It is intended that part of the funds will be used to cover payments under the contract for Goods, Works, Non-Consultancy Services and Consultancy Services.
The Board of Trustees of National Social Security Fund (NSSF) now invites sealed Quotations from contractors who are capable to carry out work for TENDER NO. PA/004/2018-2019/W/29 LOT 1 for Renovation of NSSF Regional Manager’s House Rukwa.
Tendering will be conducted through Competitive Quotation as specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Regulations.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Quotation Document at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board, 7th Floor, NSSF Head Office, Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Towers (Tower 8) Azikiwe Street, P. O. Box 1322, Dar es Salaam, from 8.00am to 5.00pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Quotation Document in English language and additional sets may be purchased by interested Bidders upon submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand (50,000). Payment should be made through Account No. 01J1020758900 (CRDB HOLAND BRANCH) and the pay-in slip should be submitted at National Social Security Fund cash office 7th Floor, Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Towers (Tower B).
All tenders in one original plus two copies of the original, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered at the NSSF Conference Room, 16th Floor of Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Towers (Tower 8) at l Junction of Azikiwe/Jamhuri Streets, Dar es Salaam on as per the date specified in the Quotation Document.
Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
