BOARD OF TRUSTEES NATIONAL SOCIAL SECURITY FUND
INVITATION FOR TENDER
1.The Board of Trustees of National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has set aside funds for its operations during the financial year 2019-2020. It is intended that part of the funds will be used to cover payments under the contract for Goods, Works, Non-Consultancy Services and Consultancy Services.
2. The Board of Trustees of National Social Security Fund (NSSF) now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers who are capable to carry out the tender as indicated in the table below:

3. Tendering will be conducted through the procurement method indicated in column 4 above as specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Document at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board, 7th Floor, NSSF Head Office, Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Towers (Tower B) at junction of Azikiwe/Jamhuri Streets, P. O. Box 1322, Dar es Salaam, from 8.00am to 5.00pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
5. A complete set of Tender Document in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzanian Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only (TZS 100,000.00). Payment must be made through bank account: 01J1020758900 National Social Security Fund. CRDB Bank Holland branch. And paying slip to be submitted to NSSF 7th Floor, Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Towers (Tower B) for getting a receipt.
6. Details of the specific tender are available at the PMU NSSF Head Office. All Interested Tenderers are advised to visit our website, PPRA Journal or PMU Office located at 7m Floor, Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Towers (Tower B) at Junction of Azikiwe/Jamhuri Streets Dar es Salaam.
7. All tenders in one original plus two copies of the original, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered at NSSF 04th FIoor of Benjamin William Mkapa Pensions Tower (Tower B) at Junction of Azikiwe/Jamhuri Streets, Dar es Salaam. The deadline for submission of all tenders and place of Opening is indicated in the respective Tender Document.
8. Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders. Tenders not received, Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
