Pact Tanzania now invites quotation from eligible, registered local service providers to provide below listed items/services for a period of one-year renewable on a yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance.
Lot4 : Supply news paper
• Interested vendors should request for list of items/specifications through email to [email protected]
by Friday 26th June 2020 with title in the subject line” supply of consumable”
Please note, each lot that the dealer/vendor is interested in must be a separate submission
Interested dealers must submit the following information to Pact Tanzania:
• Price list; valid for one year
• Current company profile
• Copies of registration certificate and address of their registered office, valid business license, VAT and TIN certificates
• Descriptions of similar assignments, and at least two (2) names and addresses of client served

All quotes must be in Tanzanian Shillings. The deadline is 2pm EAT Wednesday July 1, 2020.
Please note:
- Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted.
- The quote that complies with all the specifications/requirements and offers value for money, as well as all other evaluation criteria indicated here, shall be selected.
- Pact may cancel solicitation and not award.
- Pact may reject any or all responses received.
- Issuance of request for quotes does not constitute a contract commitment by Pact.
- Pact reserves the right to disqualify any offer based on offer or failure to follow the solicitation instructions.
- Pact reserves the right to waive minor proposal deficiencies that can be corrected prior to award determination to promote competition.
- Pact will be contacting all offertory to confirm contact person, address and that the proposal was submitted for this solicitation.
