- This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project, which
appeared in Tanzania National Electronic Procurement System (TANEPS), dated 1st July 2022. - The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the Tanzania
Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) during the financial year 2021-22. It is intended
that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of National Public Key Infrastructure (NPKI). - TCRA now invites tenders from eligible Tenderers for carrying out Design, Supply, Installation
and Commissioning of National Public Key Infrastructure (NPKI). - Tendering will be conducted through the International Competitive Tendering specified in the
Public Procurement Regulations, 2013-Government Notice No.446 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet. - Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the tendering
document through the national online procurement system (TANEPS) accessible via
www.taneps.go.tz. A complete set of tendering document in English may be accessed through TANePS. - Tenderers are required to register on the TANePS and pay tender participation fee indicated in
the TANePS to be able to participate in this tendering process. - All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of USD.5,000.00 or any other freely
convertible currency in form of unconditional bank guarantee. - All tenders must be properly filled in and submitted through TANEPS at or before 30th January 2023, at 11.00 hours EAT. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public through TANEPS. Tender opening details will be available to the public through TANCPS.
- Tenders not received through TANGPS shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the
circumstances.
