INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Government of Tanzania has set aside fund as a financial assistance from Development Partners and Government towards the cost of Water Sector Development Programme (WSDPII) for the Financial year 2018/2019 and intends to apply part of funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for implementation of water supply schemes in Shinyanga Municipal Council.
The Shinyanga Municipal Council now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified Civil Contractors registered by Contractor’s Registration Board (CRB) in Class Six (VI) and above who meet the qualification criteria stated in bid documents.

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding specified in the Procurement 2013 Government Notice No. 446 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain tender documents and further information at the Tender Board Secretary Office PO. Box 28, Shinyanga Municipal Council Shinyanga Region from 08.00 to 15.30 working Hrs, Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the l submission of a written application letter to the address given under paragraph 8 below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TShs. 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousands Shillings). 4
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender securing Declaration in the format provided in bidding document, Anti Bribery Policy and a Special Power of Attorney With the Board of Directors’ resolution.
Site visit will be held on 17-21/6/ 2019 and departure time will be at 09:00am starting from Shinyanga municipal Headquarter offices. All costs associated with transportation will be covered by Tenderers themselves
