- This invitation for tender follows general procurement notice that appeared in the Tanzania Procurement Journal of 16th July 2019
- The government of Tanzania has a set aside fund for the operation of the STAMIGOLD Company Limited Biharamulo Mine during the financial year 2019/2020. Its intend that part of the proceed of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contractors for the CONTRACTORS FOR MINING OPERATIONS AND EQUIPMENT
- The Stamigold Company Limited Biharamulo invites sealed tenders from eligible CONTRACTORS FRO MINING OPERATIONS AND EQUIPMENT
- Tendering will be conducted through the international competitive tendering procedure specification in the public procurement regulation 2013 – Government notice 446 and is open to all tenders as defined in the regulations
- Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from and aspect in the tendering document at the office secretary of the tender board STAMIGOLG company limited mine, Biharamulo District KAGERA Region 47 KM from Bwanga area 7 KM from Mavota Village or through email procurement@[email protected] [email protected] from 8 – 17 HRS On Monday – Friday inclusive except public holidays
- A complete set of tendering documents in English and additional set may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above upon payment of non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000.00 or USD 50. Payment should be through deposit to the bank and deposit slip with application letter for purchasing tendering document to Mine General Manager, STAMIGOLD Company Limited, P.O. BOX 78508 DAR ES SALAAM

- Visit any of TIB OR NMB BANK TO PAY
- You will be required to present the deposit slip to the mine sit – biharamulo in order to get receipt which will enable to buy tender document at PMU Office
8. All tenders must be accompanied by tender securing declaration in the format of provided in the tendering documents
9. All tenders in one original plus 2 copies properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelope clearly marked name description and identification number of the bid applied for must be delivered to the Secretary, Tender of the Board Stamigold Biharamulo Mine Site, at f before 15:00 eat on Monday – Friday at 6th April 2020 bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend the opening who choose to attend the opening ceremony at the Boardroom of stamigold company ltd biharamulo mine site
10. late tenders portion of tenders electronic tenders tenders not received tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance
