INVITATION FOR TENDERS
1. This invitation for tenders follows the General Procurement Notice(GPN) which was published on PPRA Website and STAMIGOLD Company Limited Website.
2. Stamigold Company Limited has set aside funds for its operations for the financial year 2019/2020. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for which this invitation is issued
Stamigold Company Ltd now invites sealed bids from eligible Suppliers for the supplying of the Goods as follows.

4. Tenderers not quoting for all items ACTING MINE GENERAL MANAGER listed will be considered non responsive and will be rejected.
5. Tendering will be conducted through Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulation 2013-Government Notice No. 446 as amended 2016 and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Regulations.

8. All tenders in one original plus two copies properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes clearly marked “ Name, description and identification number of the bid applied for” must be delivered to the address; The Secretary to the Tender Board, Stamigold -Biharamulo Mine site, P.O. Box 78508, Dsm , at or before 17:00 hrs on Friday 16“ August, 2019 and on Friday 23rd August ,2019 for tender Number PA/125/SBM/2019-20/G/04 Supply of Process Plant Chemicals and Reagents only .Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony at the BOARDROOM OF STAMIGOLD COMPANY LTD, BIHARAMULO MINE SITE.
9. Late Bids, Portion of Bids, Electronic Bids, Bids not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
