- Interested Bidders must submit their bids their together with copies of registration, audited accounts valid business license, VAT AND TIN registration certificates. Bidders must also indicate physical address of their office as well as names and address of their Bankers
- Detailed tender document and/or samples may be obtained from the office purchasing and supplies located at Terminal one (JNIA). The office is accessible though gate 7 near police station, terminal one and from finance office located at the cold storage facility (KIA During weeks between 08: 00 hrs and 16:00 hrs upon payment of non-refundable fee of TSH 100,000/= For each tender in cash

JNIA: Finance department, Located at 1st floor, Swissport Freight Terminal

- Deadline for submission of all bids shall be Tuesday 28th January 2020 at 16:00 hrs . bids submitted late shall be rejected outright
- Swissport Tanzania PLC is not obliged to accept the lowest bid or any tender
