INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS (IFQ) FOR PROCUREMENT OF ICT EQUIPMENT‘S
LOT 1: DESKTOP COMPUTERS, LAPTOP COMPUTERS AND UPS LOT 2: PHOTOCOPIER MACHINES AND LCD PROJECTOR MACHINES IFQ
NO: PA/OOG/2019/20/G/OQ
1.The National Construction Council (NCC) has set aside funds for the operation of the NCC during the financial year 2019/2020. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for which this invitation for quotation (IFQ) is issued.
2. The National Construction Council now invites sealed quotations from eligible suppliers of ICT Equipment’s as described in the tender document.
3. Bidding will be conducted using the National Competitive Quotations procedure specified in the Public Procurement Act 2011 and its Regulations, 2013 and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 2016 and its Regulations and is open to all Suppliers eligible as defined in the bidding documents.
4. Interested eligible Suppliers may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of The Secretary of Tender Board, National Construction Council Mansfield Street, 11th Floor Room No. 5 Samora Tower and PO. Box 70039, Dar es Salaam from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm on Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays.
5. A complete set of Bidding Document in English Language may be purchased by interested suppliers on submission of written application letter to address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of non refundable fee of TSh. 100,000 to National Construction Council.
6. Bid Price shall be kept in sealed envelope duly super-scribed as Tender for Procurement of ICT Equipment’s LOT 1: Desktop Computers, Laptop Computers & UPS & LOT 2: Photocopier Machines & LCD Projector Machines. Tender Document comprising Bid Price shall be in one original plus two copies and must be delivered to the Secretary of Tender Board, National Construction Council Mansfield Street 11th Floor Room No. 5 Samora Tower, and PO. Box 70039, Dar es Salaam. Bidders are allowed to bid both lots and single lot.
7. Deadline for submission will be on 22nd November 2019 on 10:00 hours local time. Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Supplier’s representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Board Room of National Construction Council Mansfield Street,9th Floor Samora Tower,Dar es Salaam.
8. Late quotations, portion of quotations, electronic quotations. and quotations not received. quotations not opened at the quotation opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
