INVITATION FOR TENDER TO SUPPLY “SUPPLIES FOR THE SBCC PROJECT COMPAIGN”
The Jane Goodall Institute (JGI) is a global community conservation organization that advances the vision and work of Dr. Jane Goodall by conserving chimpanzees and inspiring communities to conserve the natural world we all share. We improve the lives of people, animals, and the environment, we strongly believe everything is connected and everyone can make a difference.
The Jane Goodall Institute Tanzania (JGl-TZ) was founded in 1977 by Dr. Jane Goodall. The JGI with its partners makes a difference through landscape and community-cantered conservation, chimpanzees research projects, environmental education to young generation, and the innovative use of science and technology. We work closely with local communities in Tanzania, inspiring hope through a collective power of individual action. JGl-TZ has a longstanding history on community-led integrated conservation in Western Tanzania.
The Jane Goodall Institute Tanzania for Wildlife, Research, Education and Conservation (JGl-TZ) intends to use part of the funds donated by USAID to procure supplies for the SBCC project campaign in the implementation of our program deliverables for the ” Landscape Conservation in Western Tanzania”.
The items, units and specifications are specified and listed in the table below:

The Jane Goodall Institute Tanzania now invites sealed bids from reputable and registered firms that wish to tender for the supply of the above items under the following conditions:
1. Bidders are must tender for all items as a complete system.
2. Application for the bid is free of charge.
3. Tender will be conducted in accordance with the JGI Tanzania Policies and Procurement Procedures. 4. Sealed Bids marked clearly “TENDER TO SUPPLY SUPPLIES FOR THE SBCC PROJECT COMPAIGN” should be addressed to:

5. The deadline for the submission of tender is Fourteen (14) days from the date of the advertisement.
6. Electronic and/or late applications will not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance
7. The delivery point for the goods is at our office premises in Kigoma municipality.
