This invitation for Tender follows the General Procurement Notice for the above Works and Non-Consultancy services that appeared in the Daily Newspaper Issue No. 112.417 dated 28/6/2019 and PPRA website on 03/6/2019
The government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the university of Dodoma during the financial year 2019/2020.it is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for works and non-consultancy service
The University of Dodoma now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tanzanian Service Providers for Provision of Various Non-Consultancy Services and Contractors for Repair and maintenance:

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement (Regulations. 2013 Government Notice No. 446 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.

The University of Dodoma. Box 259. office no 081 2nd floor from 20″ August 2019. Time 8.00 to 16.000n Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 8 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzania Shillings.100,000.00l= per TENDER [LOT through control number issued from University of Dodoma Accounts.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration in the format provided in the bidding documents.
All bids in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with Tender Number, Tender Description and Lot Number must be delivered to the following address before or at 10:30am, date as stated in item number 03.

Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and iii the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the opening in the Senate hall Ground Floor, Central Administration Building at the University of Dodoma.
Late Tenders. gonion of Tenders. electronic Tenders. Tenders not received, and not opened and not read out m public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
