On behalf of OUR CLIENT we invite interested buyers on 21 below detailed PROPERTY. The sale will be conducted through CLOSED BIDS. The bids MUST be addressed and submitted ON WORKING DAYS to PWC Tanzania, 3rd floor, Pemba .House, 369 Toure Drive, Oyster Bay, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania on days, dates and time stipulated in a schedule herein below, in a sealed envelope clearly marked on top “PURCHASE OF A REDUNDANT PROPERTY”. .

CONDITION AND REQUIREMENTS OF BID SUBMISSION:
The successful bidder of the property will be required to pay 25% of the price immediately upon receiving notification of award. The winner/buyer will be required to pay the remaining balance within 14 days from the date of receipt of notification of award; failure of which the amount paid earlier will be forfeited and BID process will be repeated. The buyer shall be required to pay relevant levies and taxes except capital gain. All Payments to be made through Bank Transfer that appear under the name of the Bidder. Payments from 3rd Parties or individuals other than the Bidder will not be accepted,
Highest bid Price should be any bid Price equal to or above the set reserve Price, hence a successful bidder will be required to meet this condition.
A bidder will be required to till m a prescribed form which shall be submitted as a bid declaration form, obtained at the YONO Auction Mart & Co office located at Mavuno House, 2nd floor, Azikiwe Street, Dar es salaam.
Interested bidders may inspect the properties immediately after a newspaper is released starting from 10:00 am to 2: 00 pm . at bidder’ s own expenses including transport. 5. Transfer of ownership charges shall become by the buyer. 6. The properties shall be sold on the ‘as is where is basis’ 7. Bids submitted after the set deadlines will NOT be received.
