The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has received a Credit from the Organiza tion of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), to finance Upgrading of Kaliva – Malagalasi – Ilunde Road (156 Km) to Bitumen Standard; Lot 2: Kazilambwa – Chagu Section (36 Km), and intends to apply a part of these funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Supply of two (2) Supervision Vehicles for Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS), Tender No: AW001/2021-22/HQ/G/29.
TANROADS now invites sealed tenders from eligible Suppliers for Supply of Supervision vehicle for Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS), Tender No: AE/001/2021-22/HQ/G/29.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCI) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016, and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary, TANROADS Headquarters Tender Board, 2″ floor, 10 Shaaban Robert Road/Garden Avenue Junction, Dar es Salaam from 8:00 hours to 16.30 hours local time, Mondays to Fridays inclusive, except on Public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document (s)in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000.00 (Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only). All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
All tenders in one (1) original plus three (3) copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the Secretary, TANROADS Headquarters Tender 2M Floor, Room No. 44,10 Shaaban Robert Road/Garden Avenue Junction, Dar es Salaam at or before 10:00 Hours local time on 14th February 2023. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the TANROADS Headquarters Conference Room, 2s Floor, 10 Shaaban Robert Road/Garden Avenue Junction, Dar es Salaam.
Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
