INVITATION TO BID FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DESIGN REVIEW AND SUPERVISION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CHANCERY BUILDING FOR UGANDA HIGH COMMISSION IN DODOMA, TANZANIA

1, The Uganda High Commission, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of Consultancy Services for Design Review and Supervision of the Construction of the Chancery Building for Uganda High Commission in Dodoma, Tanzania.
2. The Entity invites your scaled proposals for the provision of the above services.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the method of shortlisting of consultants following publication of an expression of interest contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 the PPDA (Procurement of Consultancy services) Regulations, 2014 and the procedures described in Part
1: Proposal Procedures, modified to exclude the need for firms to first submit expression of interest.
4. The Standard Bid documents shall be at a cost of Tshs70,000 payables by cash al the Uganda High commission Accounts office and a receipt shall be issued which shall be presented to same as 8 (a) for issuance of the Bid document,
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the proposal documents al the address given below a &(a) from 9208 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
6. Proposals must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 11,00 a.m. 4th November 2022. Late proposals shall be rejected. Proposals will be opened in the presence of the consultants’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11.3¢ a.m., on, 4th November 2622
7. There shall be a pre – proposal meeting and a site visit in Dodoma on 19th October 2022, beginning of 11.08 am.
8.(a) | Documents may be inspected at: Uganda High Commission, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, Procurement Unity.
(b) Documents will be issued from: same as 8 (a)
(c} Proposals must be delivered to: same as 8 (b)
(d) Address of Proposal Opening: Uganda High Commission, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, Boardroom.
