Our client, a leading manufacturer of video surveillance equipment, is actively seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Channel Sales Manager to join their exceptional team in Dar es Salaam
THE JOB
As the Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing sales plans, managing key partners, driving retail performance, and identifying growth opportunities through data analysis and market research
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Generate and execute an annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan to ensure strategic and financial targets are met
• Responsible for driving sales and daily account management activities with Key Channel Partners
• Review and forecast Order/ Inventory/ Sell in / Out data to independently identify new sales opportunities within existing product ranges
• Execute and Manage Commercial Strategies (MSRP, Selected Distribution Criteria, partner set evolution in territory, channel compensation scheme)
• Conducts a minimum of ten face-to-face customer visits and three distribution partner meetings per week
• Manage the terminal store: ensure that the booth is clean, materials are complete, samples are reasonable, and demonstrations are sufficient
• Organize dealers and shop promoters to conduct product training and examination according to the product launch rhythm
• Conduct market research, collect competitive product information, price strategy and promotion activities, then analyze relevant countermeasures
QUALIFICATIONS
The job holder should have the following qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business or in a related field
• At least 2 years of channel sales experience in Key Account Management, retail and distribution

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and competencies.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English
• Good analytical Excel/PPT/Word and advanced presentation skills
• Must be willing to travel
WHAT WE ARE OFFERING THE RIGHT PERSON
We are offering the successful candidate a monthly gross salary of TSHS 1,500,000 – 3,600,000 and bonuses
