Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized customer care to join our team. We are located at Nyerere Road ,Azania plaza ,block b3,plot no.24A, we requires the service of qualified young person to fill up the position of customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
  • Maintaining positive relationship with customers
  • Managing customer communications via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Remaining calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
  • Supporting customer retention and loyality
  • call customer ,push payment and remind customer to pay on time and comfirm
  • confirm oders delivery and send receipt cargo
  • Record invoice which logistic take and when is return .

Qualifications and experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer care.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales support
