Job Overview
Giraffe Oil Station is seeking a highly motivated and responsible Fuel Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of the station. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, supervising fuel sales, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining safety standards, and improving the overall performance and profitability of the station.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all daily fuel station operations.
• Monitor fuel stock levels and coordinate fuel deliveries.
• Ensure accurate daily sales reporting and cash reconciliation.
• Supervise station staff, including pump attendants and security officers.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Retain current clients and search for new clients
• Ensure the station is clean, safe, and well organized.
• Implement and enforce company policies and operational procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Ability to handle government queries in proper manner.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in fuel station, retail, or operations management.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good financial and stock management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and POS systems).
