Job Description
1.Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers providing support to meet hiring goals.
2.Search for different recruitment channel, select and recommend most cost effective recruitment channel based on needs.
3.Conduct candidate screening, interview, make hiring decision.
4.Maintain and implement “Recruitment SOP”, optimize and implement offering and hiring procedure and to make it compliance with company policy and related regulations.
5.Maintaining data; prepare recruiting related reports.
Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree;
2.3 years of recruiutment experience;
3.Have recruitmental channel resource;
4.Have interview experience;
5.clear about recruitment procedures;
