Description
This job requires an individual to have strong persuasion skills, communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage time, must have a flair for selling, must be a team player with a positive attitude and must be open to travel. The position also needs a candidate who is able to start the workday early in the morning and work 6 days every week.
Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain good customer relationships
• Implement and maintain sales tracking and monitoring systems
• Oversee the process involved in closing business transactions with customers
• Develop and maintain cooperative selling relationships
• Maintain and update sales reports, budgets and forecasts
• Analyze and report on sales performance and sales trends
• Develop marketing strategies to grow customer base and increase revenue
Requirement and skills
• Diploma or Graduate candidates, preferably in sales, marketing, business administration or other related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in selling children’s things
• Strong professionalism, excellent communication skills, and positive attitude
• Strong knowledge of local real estate and strong negotiation and problem solving skills

• Organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
• Ability to priorities own workload.Experience of conducting sales activities in supermarkets, Pharmacy, Hospitals, baby shops etc.
