Sunda International is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our FMCG department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the FMCG sector and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our FMCG products.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
•Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the FMCG market.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
•Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
•Present and promote company products to existing and potential customers.
•Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
•Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales position within the FMCG industry.
•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
•Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
