LEASING OF AN OPEN AND FENCED AREA LOCATED ALONG BANDARI ROAD AT KURASINI, (EX-BIT/BLASHARA CLUB)

1. The Government of Tanzania through Tanzania Trade Development Authority intends to lease an open and fenced area located along Bandari Road at Kurasini, (EX-BIT/Biashara Club) in Dar es salsam Tanzania.
The area is located at Kurasini Ward, Tem eke Distict in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and is situated about 1.5 km from the Port and 10km from Julius Nverere International Airport and about 2.5km from City centre. The location has been strategically selected in close proximity of Dar es Salaam to become a hub and gateway for international trade to serve the hinterland neighboring countries. The area can readily be reached from both Kilwa road and the Port Access Nelson Mandela road. It is surrounded by a number of ICDs and Logistics companies.
2. The Tanzania Trade Development Authority now invites tenders for the lease of an open and fenced Area (as
iis) located along Bandari Road at Kurasiai, (EX-BIT/Bisshara Club) io Dar es salaam Tanzania.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding Method procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – GN No. 446 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Tenders may obtain further information by accessing a complete set of the Tendering Documents in English language through TANePS
