Technical Requirements
Liebherr 4-axle carrier with hydro-pneumatic axle suspension Niveaumatik with level adjustment. Liebherr diesel engine with 330 kW (449 HP), exhaust emission according to (EU) 2016/1628, ECE- R.96 or EPA/CARB, spark arrestor. Automatic shift transmission with Intarder. ECO drive. Two-stage transfer case. Drive 8×6. Tyres 385/95 R 25 (14.00 R 25). ZF-hydro steering (2-circuit system), active rear axle steering, all-wheel steering, crab walk. All-wheel servo air-pressure brake, 2-circuit brake system with disc brakes and ALS system. Low maintenance axles, maintenance free suspension cylinders and drive shafts. Driver’s cabin with air condition, radio as well as driver’s seat inclusive ventilation system and heating.
Hydraulic supports with support plates. Mobile operating and display unit (BTT) for comfortable support inclusive inclinometer and automatic support levelling. Supporting base detection. Acoustic reverse drive alarm. Illumination of supporting area. Manoeuvring coupling at the front and rear.
Superstructure:
Ball slewing ring. Central lubrication system. Hydraulic drive of superstructure operated by diesel engine in the carrier. ECO mode. Hydraulic system with variable pump in carrier.
Electrically controlled “Load-Sensing™” system for hoist. Luffing and telescoping gear, slewing gear in separate open oil circuit. Oil cooler. Telescopic boom consisting of the pivot section and six telescope sections, boom length 66 m, TELEMATIK. Crane cabin (tiltable 202) with engine-independent heating inclusive timer, air condition, radio as well as crane operator’s seat inclusive ventilation system and heating. Oriving and supporting from the crane cabin. Vario Ballast 20 t, automatic ballasting from crane cabin. Counterweight monitoring system. Safety equipment, LICCON2 overload protection with load moment limiter (LMB), inclinometer inclusive standard programming. Test system for servicing. Wind gauge. Working area limitation.
