1. This Invitation for submission of Proposals follows the General Procurement Notice for project which appeared in TANEPS Issue no. 12 dated 11/11/2021.
2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the Ministry of Health Community Development Gender Elderly and Children (Health) during the financial year 2021/2022. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PREPARATION OF DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGNS COST ESTIMATES BIDDING DOCUMENTS AND SUPERVISION FOR PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF HOSPITAL INFRASTRUCTURES AT CHATO ZONAL REFERRAL HOSPITAL (PHASE III).
3. The Ministry of Health Community Development Gender Elderly and Children (Health) now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services: More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference. PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PREPARATION OF DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGNS COST ESTIMATES BIDDING DOCUMENTS AND SUPERVISION FOR PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF HOSPITAL INFRASTRUCTURES AT CHATO ZONAL REFERRAL HOSPITAL (PHASE III)
4. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been addressed to the following short-listed Consultants:

It is not permissible to transfer this invitation to any other firm.
