Responsibilities

  1. Overseeing the day to day administration activities
  2. Purchasing office supplies and maintaining office equipment
  3. Enforcing compliance with health, safety and security of staff and environmental standards in the office
  4. Overseeing the use and maintenance of office budgets and expenses
  5. Creating and updating office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
  6. Collaborating with the Human Resources department on staff recruitment and training
  7. Tracking, analyzing and reporting on various forms of media, including traditional and digital platforms

Requirements:

  1. University Degree in business administration, human resource management, law or mass communication
  2. knowledge of office administration and business management
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Strong organizational skills
  6. Ability to work well with others
  7. At least two years of work experience with administration or communication roles
  8. Attention to detail and thoroughness
  9. Patience and ability to work under pressure with less supervision
  10. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
