- Qualifications and Experience: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies from a recognized institution, have passed Swahili and English shorthand at 120 words per minute, and have computer skills.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Propose lists of required office equipment.
- Receive and maintain records of events, appointments, and visitors.
- Follow up on the implementation of instructions from the supervisor across various sections.
- Track the execution of the supervisor’s directives.
- Provide the supervisor with necessary documents.
- Coordinate preparations for various meetings at the workplace.
- Work Station: Judiciary of Tanzania (Mahakama ya Tanzania), with assignments to various regions and districts based on available vacancies.
