- Qualifications and Experience: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Arts from a recognized university, majoring in one of the following fields: Human Resource Management, Sociology, Public Administration, or Manpower Planning. Candidates must also have computer skills.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Interpret and implement HR policies and structures.
- Research, analyze, plan, and estimate training needs for employees.
- Collect, analyze, and organize data and records related to workforce planning.
- Handle various daily HR-related matters.
- Work Station: Judiciary of Tanzania (Mahakama ya Tanzania), with assignments to various regions and districts based on available vacancies.
