1. Intern: System Administrator
- Job Type: Full-time
- Reports To: Financial Systems Administrator
- Areas of Responsibility: As assigned
Main Duties:
- Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring reliability.
- Provide user technical support and training for internal applications.
- Develop front-end components using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Assist in backend application development with PHP, Node.js, C#, and .NET.
- Generate custom reports using VBA.
- Collaborate with the IT team for system improvements.
- Conduct training programs for team skill development.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for systems and applications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Experience with backend technologies (PHP, Node.js, .NET).
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Basic knowledge of system administration and networking.
- Passion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems.

2. Mining Engineer
- Job Type: Full-time
- Reports To: Mines Manager
- Areas of Responsibility: As assigned by supervisor
Main Duties:
- Maintain and submit KPI reports for mining operations.
- Oversee volumetric surveys and monthly topography updates.
- Develop and ensure adherence to short-term mining plans.
- Supervise drilling and blasting operations to meet raw mix targets.
- Manage loading operations ensuring quality and quantity standards.
- Reconcile reports with Service Providers for mining and haulage operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report hazards.
- Ensure OSHA compliance and adhere to HC Group Code of Conduct.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in surface mining operations with a valid blasting certificate.
- Strong knowledge of drilling, blasting, and hauling activities.
- Supervisory experience with excellent leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, mining/blasting software, and mining surveys.
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and planning skills.
