In this key role, you will support the Director of Technical Services in overseeing all aspects of engineering and facility management, ensuring the highest standards of safety, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in hotel or commercial facilities management
Solid knowledge of building systems and safety regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Tech-savvy with ability to use maintenance management systems
Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Kiswahili is an asset.
