Position: Banking & Treasury Officer
Experience Required: 3 years of work experience
Education: University degree in Finance or a related field
Key Skills:
- Understanding of mobile money
- Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel
Core responsibilities
- Conduct daily end-to-end reconciliation of interoperability wallets and report discrepancies to the Treasury and Banking Manager.
- Manage prefunded wallet bank transfers to prevent service interruptions.
- Oversee liquidity management across interoperability and partner accounts/wallets.
- Perform annual capitalization assessments for Mixx by Yas and present status reports to management.
- Regularize trust accounts daily in coordination with Finance to ensure compliance with BOT and Group Treasury policies.
- Verify month-end interest on trust accounts for accuracy and completeness.
- Handle interoperability transaction and government payment complaints within agreed SLAs.
- Conduct bi-annual risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams, especially Finance, to resolve and prevent financial issues.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance trend reports with actionable recommendations.
