Position Summary
– The Barman oversees the outlets’ of bar operations and other bartender work to ensure that they provide a positive guest experience
– He / she ensures the smooth running of the bar.
– He / she ensures the smooth running of the bar
– He / she should also be be skilled in serving alcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar patrons
– He / she serve beer and wine make classic drinks or create new recipes for cocktail
Requirements and Qualification
3 years experience in a similar role with 5 star lodge / camps
Excellent oral communication skills
Good customer care
Positive interpersonal skills and and good listeners
Ability to multitask and work well in high volume work environment
Fluent in English
Greet guests and who them where to sit
Handle and assigned house bank and follow all cash handling procedures
