POSITION: CATERING PROJECT MANAGER
INDUSTRY: HOSPITALITY
HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Catering Project Manager who will be responsible in overseeing the planning, execution, and management of catering projects across various sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Lead the end-to-end management of catering projects, including planning, execution and delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene compliance across all project sites.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Train and mentor project team members to maintain high performance.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Supervise catering staff, ensuring high service standard.
- Provide regular financial and operational reports management.
- Coordinate with procurement to source quality materials and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or any other related field.
- 5+ years of experience in catering or facility management with atleast two years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
