Position: Consultant for Media Monitoring and Analysis
JamiiAfrica, through the “Empowering Journalists for Informed Communities (2025–2027)” funded by the European Union and jointly implemented with IMS and UTPC, is seeking a consultant to monitor the media landscape on mis-/disinformation, hate speech and online gender-based violence (OGBV) and to produce high-quality quarterly reports.
Key Deliverables
- Assist the team in the design of a monitoring framework
- Analysis of complex quantitative and qualitative data
- Identify key narratives and trends in mis-/disinformation, hate speech, and OGBV
- Timely submission of high-quality and reader-friendly quarterly reports
- End of Activity Report explaining the procedure and all lessons learned
