DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect the vehicle before and after trips to determine its safety condition;
- Transport staff to various locations for official trips;
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance;
- Collect and distribute various documents;
- Fill in and keep records of all trips in the travel logbook;
- Clean the vehicle; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
The applicant must have a Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV) and a Class E or C driving license, with at least one year of working experience without causing an accident. The applicant must have attended a Basic Driving Course offered by VETA, NIT, or any other institution recognized by the Government.
