- Must be 18 years old or above.
- Must have experience driving trucks and trailers.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have five years of experience driving large vehicles.
- Must have two recognized guarantors.
- Must provide a letter from the local government.
- Must provide a letter from the Ward Executive Officer.
- Attach three passport-sized photographs.
