- He is registered ERB and has experience in filling BOQ.
- He should know how to use NEST for tender submission.
- He should be competent.
- Salary will be bargained in the interview. If he is a good engineer, he will attract a good salary.
- Honest with the referee who is blood related.
- The rest will be discussed further when he arrives at the interview
