Business Development Manager
Location: Head Office – Dar es Salaam
Contract Type: Part-time
Reports To: Director of Programs and Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the development of a costed implementation plan for BMF’s 6-year Business Development Strategy.
- Lead and manage the execution of business development initiatives to achieve strategic goals.
- Develop and update comprehensive scanning systems for the business development landscape.
- Develop capacity-building plans for the business development team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in International Development, Economics, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of experience in business development or a related role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English and Swahili.

Senior Human Resources Officer
Location: BMF Headquarters – Dar es Salaam
Contract Type: Full-time
Reports To: Head of Corporate Support Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including posting ads, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate new staff orientation and performance management processes.
- Manage staff training, development, and performance appraisals.
- Update personnel files and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Public Administration (Master’s preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources management.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Senior Finance Officer
Location: Head Office – Dar es Salaam
Contract Type: Full-time
Reports To: Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage USAID Finances and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
- Oversee financial transactions and reporting for the Afya Endelevu Project.
- Supervise Assistant Accountant and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare financial reports for audits and year-end processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- CPA (T) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 4 years of professional finance experience.
- Experience with financial reporting and accounting software (e.g., SAGE 300 ERP).
