Job responsibilities of Factory Manager (Ice-cream, Yoghurt and UHT)
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee the production process, ensuring that production targets are met
- Monitor product quality and implement measures to maintain quality standards
- Manage the maintenance and repair of production equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Optimize the use of resources, including labour, raw materials, and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and analyse production reports to identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in the production process
