The Access to Finance Intern will report directly to the Finance Specialist under the close supervision of IR 1 Lead, with the following roles:
- Support and train microfinance institutions, including cooperatives, to improve access to financial services for microenterprises.
- Organize trainings for SACCOs and other microfinance institutions in the ZOI.
- Collaborate with the Finance Specialist in developing training manuals for value chain actors.
- Provide solutions to horticulture stakeholders to enhance financial efficiency.
- Undertake all other duties and projects as assigned.
