M/s Rock Solutions Limited (RSL) is a medium sized Tanzanian company specialized in supplying both surface and underground mining equipment to various reputable and large scale mining companies in Tanzania. Its operations are highly based in Mayolwa Village along Usagara-Kigongo Ferry High Road (about 25 km from Mwanza City) with its supporting offices in Dar Es Salaam and Pwani. RSL intends to recruit qualified Tanzanians to fill the following vacancy.
FINANCE MANAGER (1 position)
Preferred Candidate:
- Educational Qualification: A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
- Minimum experience: 5 to 6 years
Job Description:
- Ensure preparation of timely and accurate monthly management reports & financial reports together with analysis and observations.
- Compilation and submission of statutory returns in time based on the accounting records.
- Provide relevant and timely financial information to the top management.
- Preparation of budget, projections, business plan and forecast.
- Monitoring internal controls and advise on improvement.
- Analyses of cash flow and fund status and advise on future planning to the top management.
- Ensure maintain accounting records adequately including Imports, Payments, Invoices, Bank transactions, Stock records and Assets Register.
- Monitor and supervise Payroll process, Receivables accounts and Suppliers accounts.
- Lising with external auditor for timely providing of information and meeting statutory compliance.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills in Kiswahili and English.
- Experience in operating accounting software Tally or Quick Book.
- Willing to work as a team with the management and staff.
