Key responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring high customer satisfaction, developing menus, and handling inventory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a team in a fast-paced, high-end establishment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs
Proficient in menu planning and development
Knowledgeable in inventory management and ordering procedures
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
