Position Overview: 

Camp Atupele is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Person to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, handle reservations, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process. 

Responsibilities

   – Greet and assist guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor. 

   – Manage reservations check-ins, and check-outs efficiently. 

   – Handle guest enquiries and provide accurate information about the camp’s facilities and services. 

   – Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. 

   – Assist in maintaining a clean, tidy and organized front office area. 

 – Manage shop inventory 

 – Table service in the restaurant, do we want them to do sales reporting 

   Qualifications

   – Fluent in English and Swahili 

 – Previous experience in hospitality or customer service essential. 

   – Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

   – Proficient in using reservation software, microsoft excel and word. 

   – Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
