- Qualifications and Experience: Candidates must hold a Form IV or Form VI certificate, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized university or higher education institution, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. Candidates with a certificate in computer training will be given priority.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare schedules for hearing preliminary criminal and civil cases.
- Hear preliminary criminal, civil, marital, and inheritance cases.
- Deliver judgments for all cases heard.
- Issue various court orders as permitted by law.
- Resolve disputes.
- Hear appeals from ward tribunals.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
