Duties and responsibilities
- Organize employees records like contracts, permits in a proper order
- Designing hiring plans for all departments depending on seasonal needs
- Ensure staff complies with health and safety regulations on their working areas
- Manage compensation and benefits fund
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, investigations and terminations
- Maintain up-to-date compliance with employment labor laws, regulation and recommend best practices
- Maintaining employees and work place privacy
- Training, counseling and coaching the company’s staff
- Resolving conflicts, grievances through positive and positive mediation
- Monitor job performance of employees and aid in career path development
Qualifications and experience
- Qualification as a Registered advocate
- Experience with CMA and corporate legal counsel
- Experience on Change management
- Experience on Perfomance management and appraisal best in class models
- Experience being Conversant with Public relations
- Experience on creation of policies and procedures
- Familiar with HR ERPs.
- HR leading experience for a +150 contracted employees
- Incidences where they have demonstrated Strong Coaching and leadership skills
- Must be a bale to demonstrate strong ownership of the department functions and a team player.
