About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic and creative Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our retail and online operations, manage social media and marketing campaigns, and drive customer experience excellence. This role is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about natural beauty, with a sharp eye for brand alignment and the ability to grow a team and a business.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Shop Leadership
- Lead, coach, and support the retail sales team.
- Set and monitor targets using tools like POS systems.
- Ensure in-store experience meets brand and service standards.
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Create and implement in-store and e-commerce sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and adjust plans based on performance.
- Identify B2B leads and new revenue opportunities.
Marketing & Social Media Management
- Plan and execute campaigns across digital and physical channels.
- Oversee social media content, posting, engagement, and community growth.
- Ensure tone, voice, and storytelling reflect brand identity.
Customer Experience & Product Knowledge
- Train staff to communicate product benefits with clarity and passion.
- Gather and use customer feedback to enhance experiences.
- Strengthen customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work cross-functionally with logistics, production, and customer care teams.
- Deliver regular reports on marketing and sales performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in retail, marketing, or brand roles.
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience.
- Skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brand background is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Swahili.
