Mechanical Fitter Technician
Position Description
Buckreef Gold is seeking to recruit a Mechanical Fitter Technician to join our team in the process plant. The noteworthy Mechanical Fitter Technician should account for all business activities, support others in teamwork, enhance efficiency, drive production, maintain relationships with stakeholders, enhance the organization’s image, and meet overall growth objectives.

- A relevant Trade qualification in Mechanical Technician Certificate or VETA Certificate from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years’ Artisan experience in mechanical fitting working at gold plant equipment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Understand technical drawings and manuals.
- Strong technical and strategic planning-related experience and background.
- Significant base knowledge of all the areas depicted in the profile, including conveyor belt splicing.
- Must be a motivated individual with the ability to operate with minimal supervision.

- Work Schedule: 2 weeks on / 1 week off
