Position: Motion Designer

Location: Tanzania
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Motion Design, Animation, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Motion Designer, preferably in a corporate communication or marketing environment

Your profile

Strong creative and artistic skills with the ability to develop visually appealing motion graphics and animations
Expertise in motion graphics software such as:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Cinema 4D
- Other relevant tools
Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and engaging visual content
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency in French is a plus

Your challenges

Creating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various corporate and internal communication materials, including:
- Videos
- Presentations
- Social media content
- Web banners
- Internal newsletters
Developing creative concepts and storyboards based on project requirements and communication objectives
Designing visually compelling motion graphics that effectively communicate the intended message and engage the target audience
Assisting in video production, including:
- Editing footage
- Adding motion graphics
- Creating visual effects to enhance video content
Ensuring all motion graphics and animations are consistent with the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines
Continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of motion graphics and animation content
