DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Registering incoming correspondence in the registry (incoming correspondence register)
- Registering outgoing correspondence from the institution (outgoing correspondence register)
- Distributing files to action officers
- Receiving files for action officers
- Receiving files returned to the registry from action officers
- Returning files to racks/filling cabinets or other designated storage areas
- Tracking the movement of files within the institution (file tracking)
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Employed candidates must have completed Form Four (IV) or Form Six (VI) and hold a Diploma (NTA level 6) in Records Management from government-recognized institutions, with computer skills.
