- Qualifications and Experience: Candidates must hold a Form IV or Form VI certificate, a Diploma or NTA Level 6 in Records Management or Law from a recognized institution, and computer skills.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- General Duties:
- Record incoming and outgoing correspondence in registers.
- Distribute files to officers.
- Receive files returned from officers.
- Return files to storage cabinets.
- Track file circulation within the institution.
- Court-Related Duties:
- Receive documents or letters related to opening criminal and civil cases.
- Prepare summons for criminal and civil cases.
- Compile weekly case lists and maintain ongoing case files.
- General Duties:
- Work Station: Judiciary of Tanzania (Mahakama ya Tanzania), with assignments to various regions and districts based on available vacancies.
