  • Description:
    • Qualifications and Experience: Candidates must hold a Form IV or Form VI certificate, a Diploma or NTA Level 6 in Secretarial Studies, have passed Swahili and English shorthand at 100 words per minute, and be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, Publisher) from a recognized institution.
    • Duties and Responsibilities:
      • Type standard and confidential letters, reports, and documents.
      • Receive and assist visitors with their inquiries, directing them to appropriate sections.
      • Maintain records of events, appointments, visitors, meeting dates, supervisor’s trips, and other work schedules.
      • Retrieve and distribute required files and documents.
      • Collect, store, and return files and documents to relevant sections.
      • Prepare meeting agendas and arrangements.
      • Compile lists of required office equipment.
  • Work Station: Judiciary of Tanzania (Mahakama ya Tanzania), with assignments to various regions and districts based on available vacancies.
