Reservationist / Sales Consultant
We are looking for experienced Sales/ Reservationist qualified and energetic candidates to join our Reservation team as Res Request Reservations Consultant with broad knowledge of Tanzania
Reporting to General Manager
Location: Arusha town
Duties & Responsibility
– Receive bookings from Agent/ Tour Operators and book into Res requests
– Receiving calls from Agent/ Tour Operator
– To ensure all bookings are made correctly and payment are made
– Process and issue detailed booking documentation to agent as required
– Ensure that records are properly kept and archived per company policy
– Make follow ups of provisional bookings and outstanding payments
– Promptly confirm the bookings subject to available rooms and within defined booking policies
– Collect, update ad communicate all necessary details concerning quests arrival to the lodge
– Prepare reports as may be required from time to time
– Issuing proper invoices and reservation summary
– Process all necessary vouchers
Qualification
3 years of experience in similar position
Excellent up to date computer skills (Excel, word, power point,)
Must have good experience of using Res Request
Ability to handle multiple task smoothly and with calm manner
Able to work under pressure
Goof customer care
Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork, assisting Sales Manager and Accountants
